RESUMO No presente artigo está sendo apresentado o levantamento florístico dos musgos (Bryophyta) da Estação Ecológica Wenceslau Guimarães, sul do Estado da Bahia, em um fragmento de Floresta Ombrófila Densa montana. Foram analisadas 540 amostras e identificadas 93 espécies, distribuídas em 57 gêneros e 23 famílias. Trichosteleum cyparissoides (Hornsch.) H. Rob tem seu primeiro registro para a região Nordeste e Brittonodoxa lithophila (Hornsch.) W. R. Buck et al. para o Estado da Bahia, ambas pertencentes a família Sematophyllaceae.

ABSTRACT In present article, it is presented the floristic composition of mosses (Bryophyta) in a fragment of Montane Atlantic Rainforest in the Wenceslau Guimarães Ecological Station, located in southern Bahia State. As a total, 540 samples were analyzed and 93 species were identified, which are distributed in to 57 genera and 23 families. Trichosteleum cyparissoides is here record for the first time to the Northeast region, and Brittonodoxa lithophila is first referred to Bahia State, both taxa belong to the family Sematophyllaceae.

Resumo Estão sendo apresentados dois novos registros de hepáticas folhosas da família Lejeuneaceae para o estado da Bahia: Colura calyptrifolia e Cololejeunea dauphinii, esta última está sendo referida pela primeira vez para o Brasil. São fornecidos material examinado, comentários taxonômicos, ecológicos, distribuição geográfica e fotomicrografias de caracteres distintivos de cada espécie.

Abstract Two new records of liverworts of Lejeuneaceae of the State of Bahia are presented: Colura calyptrifolia and Cololejeunea dauphinii. This latter is being reported for the first time to Brazil. Examined material, taxonomic, ecological comments, and photos are provided for each species.

Nesse levantamento, foram encontrados 65 táxons infragenéricos nos campos rupestres da Bahia, sendo 41 pertencentes à divisão Bryophyta, distribuídos em 19 gêneros e 11 famílias, e 24 à divisão Hepatophyta distribuídos em 15 gêneros e nove famílias. Desses, 23 (nove musgos e 14 hepáticas) são novas citações para o estado. A maioria desses táxons parece ter distribuição restrita à região da Chapada Diamantina, não tendo sido encontrados em outras regiões do estado.

In this taxonomic survey 65 taxa were found in "campos rupestres" of Bahia, 41 belonging to Bryophyta distributed into 19 genera and 11 families, and 24 belonging to Hepatophyta distributed into 15 genera and nine families. Of these, 23 (nine mosses and 14 hepatics) are new records for the state. Most of the taxa seem to be restricted to the Chapada Diamantina and have not been found in other sites in the state.
